This Park Mark-approved car park has 24-hour patrols, CCTV, fencing, entry and exit barriers and a kitchen sink... though we may just be joking about the last part.
Arrival Procedure
As you approach the entry barrier, a carrier will recognise your numberplate, which you'll give to us beforehand, and automatically open the barrier and print a ticket for you. Don't worry though, if anything goes wrong, you can press a button to enter manually. Keep hold of your ticket, then park up in any space and catch the free transfer bus to the terminal.

Information
You need to give us your car registration number either when you book, or sometime before you go. It needs to be the right one - if you change the car you're going to be travelling in, you need to give us the new details. You must do this, or the car park will charge you £10 when you leave, because if they don't have the right registration number, it holds things up when you arrive and leave.
If you need any extra days' parking, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate. If you don't use all your parking, unfortunately we can't give you a refund for the unused days.
Departure Procedures
When you return, pick up your car and drive to the barrier. If your ticket has your booking reference printed on it, you can simply insert it into the barrier, which will allow you to leave. If not, you will need to press the call button on the barrier and the car park staff will help you.

Disabled parking bays are available by the exit, near the customer services office. The transfer buses are accessible by wheelchair.

Transfers
Free transfer buses run between the car park to the terminal from 4am until the last passengers have left the terminal. There is a direct-line phone in the car park to request a bus if necessary.
Insurance
Car park indemnifies customers for damage resulting from any proven act or negligence on part of its servants or agents, otherwise parking is at owner's own risk.

NCP Flightpath has a free transfer service to the airport which takes only five minutes and operates from 0400 until the last incoming flight has arrived. A courtesy telephone is situated at the taxi rank to request a return transfer. Facilities for disabled travellers include priority parking bays and transfer buses with full wheelchair access.
