Security Measures
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle. The car park is manned 24 hours a day and regularly patrolled by security staff.

On entry, take a ticket from the barrier and park. Make a note of your zone and the nearest bus stop before transferring to the terminal.

Information
Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Transfers
Transfers run every day and are available on demand. The courtesy coach runs from 4am and operates until the last flight. The bus will continues to run in the event of flight delays - taking just 2 minutes to complete the transfer. For transfers from the airport, courtesy coaches are located on the forecourt outside the terminal building. To request a transfer to the car park, please use the courtesy phone situated on the forecourt opposite the taxi rank.
Insurance
Car park indemnifies customers for damage resulting from any proven act or negligence on part of its servants or agents, otherwise parking is at owner's own risk.

NCP Flightpath has a free transfer service to the airport which takes only five minutes and operates from 0400 until the last incoming flight has arrived. A courtesy telephone is situated at the taxi rank to request a return transfer. Facilities for disabled travellers include priority parking bays and transfer buses with full wheelchair access.
