Security Measures
The parking compound has security barriers on the entry and exit points, CCTV and twenty-four hour security surveillance. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Arrival Procedure
Drive your vehicle into the parking compound reception area and report to the office to check your vehicle into the car park, presenting your booking confirmation and handing your keys to the parking personnel. Your car will be parked for you whilst you are being transferred to the airport by the courtesy coach.

Please note the following: - You will need to leave your keys with reception for the duration of your booking. - Birmingham APH are unable to transport bikes, surf/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size on their transfer coaches. Golf clubs are permitted. - We recommend that you arrive approximately 45 minutes before your required airport check-in time.

Transfers
Transfers operate on a twenty-four hour basis, seven days a week, and run every fifteen minutes. Transfers to the terminal take approximately twenty minutes.

The car parks accept responsibility for damage proved to be caused by their own negligence and are insured accordingly, but will not normally accept responsibility for the acts of a third party. Full details are available with the car park on request.

APH Parking
Report to our car park reception upon arrival and your vehicle will be valet parked for you. You will then be transfered to the airport terminal by courtesy coach with a journey time of approximately ten minutes. The buses are fully accessible for disabled passengers. On your return simply take a return coach transfer to pick up your car.
