Arrival Procedure
Upon arrival at the car park, drive up to the entry barrier and press for a ticket and the barrier will lift. Proceed to park your vehicle and transfer to the airport terminals via the courtesy transfer bus.

This car park is only available for pre-booking up until two days before your departure date (subject to availability).
Departure Procedures
On return to Birmingham airport, please transfer directly to the car park and return to your vehicle. Drive to the exit barrier and press the intercom button. Please quote your booking reference as proof of pre-purchase in order to gain exit.
Disabled Facilities
The parking compound has a limited number of disabled parking bays. We are unable to guarantee a space in advance of arrival, as these are only available on a first come-first serve basis. If you require assistance upon arrival, please press the intercom button at the entry barrier.
Maximum Car Size
No motor homes, lorries, trailers or caravans are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.
Transfers
Transfers operate every five to ten minutes, twenty four hours a day. These take approximately five minutes to reach the terminal buildiings.

The car parks accept responsibility for damage proved to be caused by their own negligence and are insured accordingly, but will not normally accept responsibility for the acts of a third party. Full details are available with the car park on request.

Simply arrive at the car park and then take a courtesy bus transfer to the airport terminal. Buses run every ten minutes and the journey time is approximately five minutes. On your return take the transfer bus back to the car park to collect your vehicle.
