The parking compound has a high security fence around the perimeter, CCTV and twenty-four hour security patrols. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Arrival Procedure

Please call 07970 906031 ten minutes before you arrive at the airport. Drive to the Drop and Go car park, take a ticket from the barrier and park in the bay near to the tall lamp post located in the centre of the Car Park where you will be met by a Meteor driver.

This service meets you at the airport, stores your car On Airport at Car Park 1 or at Airparks Services and returns the car to you at the terminal.

Information

Meteor Meet And Greet are unable to accept mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or high-sided vehicles at Birmingham. Please call 08447 254445 from outside the UK if you have any problems whilst on your holiday. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Departure Procedures

After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, call 07970 906031. Return to the Drop and Go car park by the tall lamp post to collect your car.

Chauffeurs are comprehensively insured to drive your car. Cars are stored On Airport in Car Park1 or at Airparks Services, subject to their terms and conditions. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the Manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with clause 6 of our Terms and Conditions.
