Directions :

From Birmingham city centre take the A45 east towards Coventry. From the south or north of England take the M42 (which links to the M40 and M1 from London, M6 from Manchester and M5 from the south east). Come off at junction 6 taking the A45 towards the city centre. The Airport turnoff is only 1 mile and is well signposted. ARRIVAL DIRECTIONS: Please call our team of chauffeurs on the number on your confirmation (or the number on your confirmation4 back-up number) when you are 20 minutes away from the airport and your chauffeur will then be dispatched to meet you at outside the departures. It is important if you are running late or early that you call to give as much notice as possible. On arriving at the airport, follow signs for drop off point, and on entering the drop off point, stay in the right hand lane to go through the barrier sign posted maximum stay 10 minutes. Additional / Important information If there is a change in your arrival or departure time to that specified in your booking, please advise us of your change of plans and giving as much notice as possible or a minimum of 1 hour. This is to help us to ensure that we have a chauffeur waiting for you. Failure to do so may risk a slight delay to your car parking arrangements. ON RETURN: Just simply call the chauffeur hot line the number on your confirmation only when you have collected your luggage, and you’ll be met at the pick up point with your vehicle. When you collect your car from the pick up point on return from your holiday there is a fee of £1 to exit the drop off car park. The maximum stay is 10 minutes. A prepaid exit ticket will be left on your dash board by the chauffeur for your convenience on exiting the drop off area. - If you go over the 10 minutes maximum stay, youll be required to pay the additional fee to exit the airport car park. If you are bringing large items with you, we suggest you check beforehand that your airline will accept them for carriage. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and displays a valid road tax licence.
