The recent volcanic eruption in Iceland is causing major problems for airline travellers throughout the UK and Europe.
The ash from the volcano is a real threat to planes because it can clog the engines, because of this air traffic control company (NATS) made the decision to stop all flights until at least 1am Saturday 17th April. However some flights have been allowed to fly into some Scottish and Irish airports.
NATS are scheduled to make a further announcement today at 2:30pm.
