"Found a spot to park in long stay 2 with no problem. Saw that a large number of cars were heavily covered in bird droppings so do be careful when parking. No trouble with pick up. Problems on return - someone had decided to open their door heavily against mine causing damage to my one month old car. Tried toreport it - forms were locked in the office. Manager was helping at car park exit. Had to return to the terminl. Poor facilities for a large company. Complete disinterest shown by all staff in checking cc tv. Told that if they found nothing they would not contact me! I dont believe they even took the time to look - As I was told that it was park at own risk! I will not be stupid enough to use this company again.
Used other providers in the past who park and look after your car and they are cheaper. Never had any damage in the last 20 or so years. Dont use them!!!!!!!!!!!"
