Arrival Procedure

Take a ticket on entry and park your car. Unload your luggage and take the shuttle bus to the airport. If you are travelling between April and September 2010, Cardiff airport will be making essential security changes to the front of the terminal. Therefore the transfer bus will not be able to stop directly outside the terminal. Alternatively, please proceed to the terminal on foot. Please allow extra time to transfer and check-in.

If your car is parked for longer than the amount of time booked, you can be charged for the additional time on departure. This is charged at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays.

Departure Procedures

Proceed to the arrivals lounge where you will find the NCP customer service desk. Present your entry ticket and voucher to validate your booking and proceed to exit the car park.
