Security Measures
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Arrival Procedure
Durham Tees Valley On Airport parking now operates a credit card recognition system. Please ensure that you remember which debit or credit card you made the booking with and bring it with you to speed up your parking process. On arrival at the airport, please drive up to the car park entry barrier. Do not press the ticket button. Insert your debit or credit card in the entry barrier which will recognise your details from your online booking and allow you to enter the car park. Please bring a copy of this booking confirmation with you when arriving at the airport. If you do not have the card used to make the booking OR your card is not recognised, please do not insert a different card. Take a ticket to raise the barrier. Then please find a space to park and retain the ticket.

Information
If you park for more days than you booked, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate when you come back. If you leave the car park early, unfortunately we can't give you a refund.
Departure Procedures
Upon your return to the airport after your flight, make your way straight to your car and drive to the exit barrier. If you took a ticket upon entry, press the intercom button on the exit barrier and quote your booking reference. Otherwise, please insert the same credit or debit card in the barrier as you used when you arrived. This will allow you to exit the car park quickly and without hassle. Although you no longer need your booking confirmation voucher, you are advised to bring it in case there is a system failure.

Durham Tees On Airport Parking
On arrival at the car park simply take and retain a ticket at the entrance barrier. No transfer is necessary as the terminal is just a few minutes' walk away. When you return from your trip present your ticket together with your booking confirmation at the Airport Information Desk in the terminal building to obtain authorisation to leave the car park.
