Long Stay Car Park 6Simply take a ticket at the barrier on arrival at the car park, park your car and take a courtesy bus transfer to the airport terminal; these run every 15 minutes and take approximately five minutes. On your return, show your car park ticket and booking confirmation at the MAAS kisk in the arrivals area, where your ticket will be validated. Then take the courtesy bus back to the car park to pick up your car. Enter your validated ticket into the barrier to exit with your car.

Prestige ParkingWhen you arrive at the car park you just need to go to reception and hand in your car keys. Then just take a very short walk to the terminal building. Prestige will park your car for you in the secure parking compound. On your return, use the dedicated Prestige phone in the arrivals hall to let them know you're back. Make your way to the car park and your car will be waiting for you at reception. If you require any valeting services while you are away please arrange this directly with the car park.

The terminal is just a few minutes' walk away, although a courtesy bus transfer is available if required. On your return, drive your car to the exit barrier and press the button. When the attendant responds please quote your car registration and booking confirmation numbers and the exit barrier will open.

You may then proceed to the terminal on foot - it is just a few minutes' walk away. Your car will be parked for you. East Midlands Short StayOn arrival drive up to the entry barrier where your number plate will be recognised and a ticket issued, please keep this ticket safe because you'll need it on your return. If a ticket is not issued automatically then just press the "Assistance" button and explain to the operator. On your return just drive to the exit barrier and insert your ticket and the barrier will raise allowing you to exit. If for some reason the barrier does not rise just press the "Assistance" button and explain to the operator and quote your booking reference number. do NOT re-enter your credit card as a further payment will be taken. All arrival/departure procedures, directions and telephone numbers etc will be detailed on your booking reference.

Prestige Parking Mini ValetOn arrival go to reception with your booking confirmation where you will be given a receipt for your car. You can then walk to East Midlands terminal in a few minutes. Prestige Parking is on the airport and the drop off/collection point is opposite the terminal building. On your return just go with your luggage to the Prestige building reception area with the receipt you were given when you parked and some id to get your car. All arrival/departure procedures, directions, telephone numbers etc are detailed on your booking confirmation.

Most lines were full.With no attendant available I had to try several lines before I could find a place.Very bad.Why no guide to available places. On return, I put my ticket in the machine and it asked for an extra £75. My phone call to your office sorted it out,thank goodness. Some room for improvement."
