Security Measures
The car park has perimeter fencing, CCTV and regular security patrols. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has measures in place to create a safer environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Arrival Procedure
We operate an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system so it is essential you have entered the correct vehicle registration when making your booking. We recommend that you bring a copy of your confirmation with you. On arrival, please drive up to the entry barrier and your car registration will be read. A ticket will be automatically issued to you. On your ticket will be printed your car registration and booking reference number. Make your way to any available space and park your car. Keep this ticket safe as it will be needed on your return. If a ticket is not automatically dispensed, please press the “Assistance” button and explain to the operator that your vehicle has not been recognised. Please confirm your booking details, including your car registration. A ticket will then be issued. Keep this ticket safe as it will be needed on your return.

The car park is conveniently located just a short walking distance away from the terminal building, taking approximately 4 - 6 minutes to reach the terminal.
Departure Procedures
Upon your return to the airport, proceed to your car and drive to the exit barrier. If your ticket has your car registration and booking reference number printed on it, please insert your ticket to leave. If your booking reference is not on your car parking ticket, please press the intercom button for assistance and quote your pre-booking reference number.
Disabled Facilities
Blue badge holders may pre-book this long stay product and park in the Short stay car park instead where dedicated spaces are available. Please ensure that your Blue badge is clearly displayed and upon your return state that you have parked in the Short stay car park when you present your entry ticket and booking confirmation to the Car park enquiries office (situated in the Short stay car park).
Maximum Car Size
No motor homes, lorries, trailers or caravans are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.
Transfers
The car park is within a 4-6 minute walk to the terminal.
Opening Periods
The car park is open twenty-four hours, seven days a week.
Insurance
The Airport is insured for damage caused by their own negligence but will not normally accept responsibility for the acts of a third party. Full details are available from the car park on request.

East Midlands Long Stay (Car Parks 2/3)
Simply take a ticket at the barrier on arrival at the car park and park your car in an available space. The terminal is just a few minutes' walk away, although a courtesy bus transfer is available if required. On your return, drive your car to the exit barrier and press the button. When the attendant responds please quote your car registration and booking confirmation numbers and the exit barrier will open.
