Prestige Parking offers the ultimate in convenience and customer service, right on-site at East Midlands Airport. Just a short walk from the airport terminal building, Prestige also offers a range of optional valeting services including a hand wash and leather package. The car park holds the Park Mark award for safe parking and has security features such as CCTV, fencing and regular security patrols.

Parking Information

Prestige Parking - Inc Hand Wash and LeatherOn arrival at the car park report to reception with your booking confirmation where you will be given a receipt for your car keys. You may then proceed to the terminal on foot - it is just a few minutes' walk away. Your car will be parked for you. On your return, use the dedicated Prestige phone in the arrivals hall to let them know you are back; your vehicle will be brought to the car park reception area for you to pick up on production of your receipt and a form of identification. If you require any valeting services while you are away please arrange this directly with the car park.

Arrival Procedure


When you arrive, please proceed to the reception area with your booking confirmation to check-in your vehicle. Your car keys will then be retained by a member of the Prestige staff and you will be provided with a receipt for your car. You can then head to the terminal on foot. The car park is situated onsite at the airport and the drop off and collection point is opposite the terminal building. There is no need for a transfer.

This car park no longer provides indoor parking only. Indoor parking is on a first come first served basis, all other parking is outdoors. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Proceed with your luggage to the Prestige building reception area with your receipt and some id (e.g. your passport) to reclaim your vehicle.
