On arrival at the car park simply take a ticket at the barrier and park your car in an available space. You may then take a courtesy bus transfer to the terminal; these run every ten minutes with a journey time of only two minutes. On your return from your trip, go to the office in Car Park 2, present your car park ticket and booking confirmation; your ticket will then be authorised for you to exit your car park.

When you arrive at Exeter Airport's Long Stay Car Park 3 just drive up to the entry barrier and your car registration number will be recognised. The barrier will then raise and a ticket will be printed which you must keep for your return. Then just enter the car park and park your car (please remember to make a note of the zone you have parked in). Any difficulties then press the call button at the entry barrier. On your return to Exeter's Long Stay Car Park 3 drive to the exit barrier and insert the printed ticket you got on arrival. The barrier will rise and allow you to exit. If for some reason you are outside of your original booking period then you can pay the balance with a credit/debit card. If your ticket does not have a booking reference printed on it then go the the reception building located in car park 2 which is close by before returning to your car. All arrival/departure procedures, telephone numbers and directions etc are detailed on your booking confirmation.

Drive to the entry barrier where your car number plate will be automatically recognised. A ticket will be printed with your car registration and a booking reference. Drive to any available parking spot and park your car. Please make a note of the zone you parked in for your own convenience on your return. If you have any difficulties please press the call button for assistance. On your return to Exeter airport's Long Stay Car Park 4 drive up to the exit barrier and your car registration will be read and the barrier will rise to allow you to exit as long as you are in your original parking period, if you are not then the balance can be paid with a credit/debit card. If your ticket does not have a booking reference printed on it then please go to the customer services which is located close by in car park 2. For any other difficulties just press the call button at the exit barrier. All arrival/departure procedures, directions, telephone numbers etc will be detailed on your booking confirmation.

The barrier will then rise to let you enter. If there are any difficulties then simply press the call button. Park your car and please remember the zone you've parked in. On your return insert your entry ticket into the machine at the exit barrier. The barrier will lift automatically if you are still within your pre booked period. (If you've overstayed your original booking period you will be able to pay the balance by credit or debit card at the exit. Again, if you have any difficulties just press the Call button. If for some reason your parking ticket does not have a booking reference printed on it just go to the customer services office located in car park 2 before returning to your car. All arrival/departure procedures, directions and telephone numbers etc are detailed on your booking confirmation.

Please call FlyParks around 20 minutes before you arrive at the airport to confirm your arrival time. Enter the short stay car park close to the terminal, where you will be met by one of our drivers. Hand over your car park ticket, and your car will be driven away to be parked in our secure compound. It is then just a short walk to the check-in area. On your return from your trip please call Fly Parks when you have cleared customs; you will be met with your car back at the Short Stay car park.
