Summer Special

On arrival at the car park report to the reception and hand in your booking confirmation. Your car will then be parked for you whilst you take a courtesy transfer to the terminal. Buses run every 20 minutes with a journey time of just seven minutes. On your return from your trip simply take a transfer bus back to the car park where your vehicle will be waiting for you in the reception area.

Long Stay Plus

On arrival at the car park please park at the reception area, showing your booking confirmation and handing in your car keys. Your car will then be parked for you while you transfer to the terminal, saving you valuable time. Buses run every 20 minutes 24 hours a day with a journey time of just 3-4 minutes. On your return from your journey call Long Stay Plus to arrange a transfer back to the car park; your keys and car will be ready to collect from the reception area.

APH Gatwick

On arrival at the car park please check in at reception with your booking confirmation. You may then take a courtesy transfer to the airport; buses run every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, with a journey time of around 12 minutes. On your return simply take a transfer back to the car park to pick up your vehicle.

Cophall Farm Parking

After leaving your vehicle at the car park simply take a transfer to the airport - courtesy minibuses run on demand around the clock and the journey time is just ten minutes. On your return simply take the minibus back to Cophall Farm to pick up your car.

Holiday Parking

On arrival at the car park, please report to reception and leave your car keys with the staff; your car will be parked for you to save you time. You may then take a courtesy transfer to the North Terminal; buses run every 20 minutes with a journey time of just nine minutes. On your return simply take a bus transfer back to the car park to pick up your vehicle.

ADS Parking Gatwick

On arrival at the car park you will be directed to a parking space by staff. After confirming your return details you may take a courtesy transfer to the airport. Buses run approximately every 15 minutes with a journey time of just five minutes. Your car will then be moved to the secure parking area. On your return simply take a bus transfer back to ADS Parking to pick up your car.

Russ Hill Budget Parking

On arrival at Russ Hill please go to the car park office inside the hotel. Your booking confirmation will be exchanged for transfer tickets for your bus transfers. Your car will be parked for you at in a secure area close to the hotel. You can then take a courtesy transfer to the airport; journey time is approximately 20 minutes. On your return from your trip a scheduled bus service transfer operates to take you back to the car park.

APH Parking (Meet + Greet on Return)

You simply park your car at the APH parking facility close to Gatwick airport on your outward journey. Take the quick transfer to the airport and on your return your car and a fully trained APH chauffeur will be waiting for you at the arrivals building. Cophall Farm Parking - Meet & Greet

On your arrival at the airport you will be met by a Cophall Farm driver, who will take your car and park it in the secure Cophall Farm car park. All drivers are fully insured. You may then simply proceed to check-in. When you return from your journey a driver will be waiting for you at the terminal with your car.

Maple Manor Meet and Greet with Valeting

On arrival at the airport you will be met at the terminal by a uniformed Maple Manor driver. After checking your booking confirmation he will then take your car away to be securely parked. You simply proceed directly to check-in. On your return from your trip call Maple Manor when you have cleared customs and your car will be brought back to the same point you dropped it off.

Official Valet Parking

Drive to the Valet Parking reception point and report to the reception. Your car will then be parked for you by our friendly staff. You may then proceed directly to check-in - no need for a transfer. On your return from your trip just call from the Arrivals Hall and your car will be brought back to where you dropped it off.

Airparks Meet and Greet

An Airparks driver will be waiting to greet you at a pre-arranged time at the designated meeting point at the terminal building - please ring if you are going to be late! Your car will then be taken away and parked for you, enabling you to proceed directly to check-in. The driver will also issue you with instructions for your return journey, when your car will be brought back to you at the terminal.

Meteor Meet And Greet Parking

Please call ten minutes before you arrive at the airport; you will be met at a designated point at the terminal by one of our drivers. Your vehicle will then be taken to one of our secure car parks. When you return from your trip simply call when you have cleared customs and your car will be brought back to you at the terminal for ultimate convenience.

Silver Lady Meet and Greet

On arrival at the airport you will be met at a pre-arranged point at the terminal by a uniformed Silver Lady driver. After checking your booking confirmation, your car will be taken and parked at the secure compound. You simply proceed directly to check-in with no need for a transfer. On your return from your trip call Silver Lady when you have cleared customs and your car will be brought back to you at the terminal.

ACE Meet and Greet

Simply call ACE around 20 minutes before you arrive at the airport to confirm your arrival time. You will be met by a uniformed member of staff who will check your booking confirmation and take your car to our secure car park. You simply go directly to check-in! On your return please call ACE while you are waiting for your baggage and your car will be waiting when you reach the designated pick-up point.

APH Meet and Greet Gatwick

You will be met outside your departure terminal where a fully trained APH chauffeur will take your car to the secure APH car parking compound for you. On your return you will again be met with your car at Gatwick's arrivals terminal. All procedures are detailed in your airport parking booking confirmation.
