For South Terminal: Follow signs to Car Set-Down (ground level) and park at far end just after the pedestrian crossing. Please look out for the Aardvark chauffeur.
For North Terminal: Follow signs to Departures, set down and passenger drop off and our driver will meet you at the far end. Please look out for the Aardvark chauffeur.
A No Waiting policy is in force at the terminals. Therefore please collect luggage, clear customs and then call the number on your confirmation.
For South Terminal: Follow signs to Courtesy Coaches and wait near the traffic lights. Emergency no. is the number on your confirmation.
For North terminal: Exit building on the ground floor and follow signs to customer pick up and our driver will be waiting with your car in a convenient space. Emergency Helpline is the number on your confirmation.
You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant ***PLEASE NOTE*** You will not be able to wait at this point, so you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Aardvark, who will advise if necessary).
******PLEASE CALL Aardvark on the number on your confirmation (call centre opening hours 08:00-22:00) FOR ANY AMENDMENT TO YOUR RESERVATION on the day of arrival (including if you are going to arrive earlier or later than the advised time). Please check the airport terminal your flight departs from with your travel company - a £15 supplement will be charged to your card if you fail to advise any amendments to your return journey which affect the collection of your vehicle.******Please note that due to insurance restrictions we are unable to accept the following vehicles: Maserati, Aston Martin and Ferrari.

Please drive to the departure terminal entrance where you will be met by a uniformed chauffeur who will take your car to the fully secured airport car park.

Your car will be waiting for you as you exit the terminal building
Security Measures :
Cars are parked in a fully secured car park with CCTV and 24 hour patrols. Aardvark only stores cars in secure car parks which do not have public access
Additional Information :
You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Aardvark, who will advise if necessary). If your arrival time changes please notify the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.
