Arrival Procedure
On arrival at Airparks Gatwick (formerly BCP) keep to the left hand lane and drive through the automatic barrier. Park your vehicle in one of the arrivals bays, remembering your lane number. Once at reception present them with your booking confirmation (or quote your booking reference) and car and flight details. Place your car keys in the red key box, with corresponding lane number, before catching the bus to your terminal. The bus leaves from the reception area and calls at both terminals.

Information
We recommend that you allow 45 minutes from checking into the car park to reaching the airport terminal. If you are bringing large items with you we suggest you drop them off at the airport before parking your car or take advantage of the Airparks Meet and Greet service. Remember to check beforehand that your airline will accept them for carriage. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate. Please note that all areas of Gatwick airport share a postcode, we advise you to carefully follow directions on arrival. Please note that the Inter Terminal Transit System (monorail) will close to passengers on the 28th of September 2009. New shuttles will come into service in May and July 2010.
