Security Measures
This car park has been classified 'Gold Standard Secured'. The Gold Standard Secured award means that you are parking in an area that has been accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers to ensure the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Holiday Parking North is protected by high fencing, floodlighting, CCTV cameras and regular patrols by security staff.

Arrival Procedure
On arrival at the car park, please park in the arrivals area. Leave your car keys at the reception along with your confirmation e-mail voucher (if you do not have your voucher you can quote your booking reference) and check in. You will receive a plastic card, showing the number to call when you return for a transfer service back to the car park.

Information
Holiday Parking is open 24 hours a day, from 1st March - 31st October. Please note that your booking cannot be amended within 1 day of your arrival. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate. Please note that the Inter Terminal Transit System (monorail) will close to passengers on the 28th of September 2009. New shuttles will come into service in May and July 2010. A replacement bus service will run every three minutes during the day and every six minutes at night between the terminals. You should allow 20 minutes for the journey. Please note that all areas of Gatwick airport share a postcode, we advise you to carefully follow directions on arrival.
Departure Procedures
On arrival follow signs for courtesy coaches. Coaches are located at the off-airport car parks bus stop outside the terminal on the lower forecourt. For assistance dial 64291 on the courtesy phone located next to the bus stop.

Holiday Parking
On arrival at the car park, please report to reception and leave your car keys with the staff; your car will be parked for you to save you time. You may then take a courtesy transfer to the North Terminal; buses run every 20 minutes with a journey time of just nine minutes. On your return simply take a bus transfer back to the car park to pick up your vehicle.
