Security Measures
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Arrival Procedure
The car park has automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) - so make sure you give us the correct car registration number when you book. Take a ticket at the barrier, which will lift automatically when it recognises your number plate. Keep this ticket. There will be signs telling you which zone to park in. You should make a note of which zone you're parked in, and which is the nearest bus stop. Then just wait at the bus stop for the transfer bus to the South terminal.

Information
Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. This car park does not accept trailers or motorhomes. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate (formerly Parking Express). Please note that all areas of Gatwick airport share a postcode, we advise you to carefully follow directions on arrival.
Departure Procedures
The bus will pick you up from the upper forecourt and take you back to the car park to pick up your car. Your booking reference should be printed on the ticket you were given when you arrived at the car park, so you just need to drive to the exit barrier and put your ticket in the slot. If your ticket doesn't have your booking reference on, but says 'cashier' instead, you should go to the customer services desk by the exit, and they will let you out. Make sure you have a copy of your booking confirmation with you.

Long Stay
On arrival at the car park simply take a ticket at the barrier and park your car as directed by the signs. You may then take a courtesy transfer to the South Terminal; buses run every ten minutes 24 hours a day with a journey time of just four minutes. On your return, take a bus transfer back to the car park. If your booking reference is printed on your ticket you just need to insert this at the barrier to exit. If not, report to the office showing your entry ticket and booking confirmation and you will be given an exit ticket.
