Security Measures
This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Arrival Procedure
The car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system so it is essential you have entered the correct vehicle registration when making your booking. On entry, take a ticket and follow signs to the zone indicated. Make a note of zone and nearest bus stop. Your booking reference will be printed on the ticket. If instead it says "Cashier", report to customer services on your return. Proceed to a bus stop and a bus will pick you up and transfer you to the South terminal.

Information
Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. This car park does not accept trailers or motorhomes. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate (formerly Parking Express). Please note that all areas of Gatwick airport share a postcode, we advise you to carefully follow directions on arrival.
Departure Procedures
On return, transfer buses will now pick up passengers from the South terminal on the upper forecourt. After transferring back to the car park, providing your booking reference is printed on your entry ticket, drive to the exit barriers insert your entry ticket and depart. Should the word 'cashier' and not your booking reference appear on the entry ticket, report to customer services office located by the exit and exchange your entry ticket and email confirmation (or quote booking reference) for an exit ticket.

Transfers
Transfers run every 7-10 minutes, 24 hours a day, taking between two and two minutes to the South terminal only. You are delivered direct to the upper forecourt ready for your departure and picked up again from the upper forecourt on your arrival. This ensures easy access to check in on departure and swift access to transfers on your return.
