Maple Manor offers an excellent meet and greet parking service at Gatwick Airport. It's the ultimate in parking convenience; your car is taken from you and brought back to you at the airport - no need for time-consuming transfers! Your car will be stored in a secure car park with high perimeter fencing. An optional car valeting service is also available - come home to a sparkling clean car!

Maple Manor Meet and Greet with ValetingOn arrival at the airport you will be met at the terminal by a uniformed Maple Manor driver. After checking your booking confirmation he will then take your car away to be securely parked. You simply proceed directly to check-in. On your return from your trip call Maple Manor when you have cleared customs and your car will be brought back to the same point you dropped it off.

Arrival Procedure


Please call Maple Manor on 01293 863 322 between 8am and 8pm 24 hours after the booking is made to confirm the exact details. You will be met by a uniformed driver who will check over your car, collect your email booking confirmation and take your car keys (please separate any keys not relating to your vehicle). Your car will be driven to a secure compound while you proceed directly to check in.

Information


IMPORTANT - If you are returning ahead of schedule, you must give Maple Manor at least 24 hours notice so as to ensure that your car is ready upon your return. There is a £2.50 supplement for pick up or drop off from 00:00 until 06:30. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay you will be charged extras on your return at the car park standard daily rate. Please note no refund will be issued for part use stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate. THE VALETING SERVICE INCLUDES HAND-WASH, HAND-DRY, INTERIOR VACUUM AND DASH & VINYL CLEAN. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and displays a valid road tax licence. Please note that all areas of Gatwick airport share a postcode, we advise you to carefully follow directions on arrival. Please note that the Inter Terminal Transit System (monorail) will close to passengers on the 28th of September 2009. New shuttles will come into service in May and July 2010. A replacement bus service will run every three minutes during the day and every six minutes at night between the terminals. You should allow 20 minutes for the journey.

Departure Procedures


Only once you have collected your baggage and are ready to clear customs, simply call 07801 142165 OR 01293 776447, then proceed to arrivals. Your car will be delivered to the same point where you were met on arrival for you to collect and drive home.

Maple Manor cannot drive specially adapted vehicles but otherwise welcomes bookings from disabled customers.

All cars parked or stored with Maple Manor will be on a proven direct negligence basis. Any loss or damage claims for vehicles must be made prior to the vehicle being handed over by Maple Manor. All vehicles will only be driven by qualified drivers and under Maple Manor's own specialist road risk insurance. Parking is at owner's own risk subject to printed terms and conditions.
