North Terminal
Security Measures
Your chauffeur will park your vehicle in a secured compound for the duration of your trip. The park is protected by security fencing, floodlights, cameras and regular patrols by staff.
Arrival Procedure
Please follow signs for Short Stay Parking the Valet Parking reception point on the third floor of the North Terminal Short Stay car park. The valet staff will complete acceptance forms and park your vehicle for you. If you have not given us the terminal information at the time of booking then please call 01293 502349 at least 24 hours before arrival to reconfirm. Please note that all areas of Gatwick airport share a postcode, we advise you to carefully follow directions on arrival. Please note that the Inter Terminal Transit System (monorail) will close to passengers on the 28th of September 2009. New shuttles will come into service in May and July 2010. A replacement bus service will run every three minutes during the day and every six minutes at night between the terminals. You should allow 20 minutes for the journey.

Departure Procedures
On arrival, please telephone a member of the valet staff from the arrivals hall. Your car will be waiting for you at the pick up point, where you left your vehicle on arrival.

Official Valet Parking
Drive to the Valet Parking reception point and report to the reception. Your car will then be parked for you by our friendly staff. You may then proceed directly to check-in - no need for a transfer. On your return from your trip just call from the Arrivals Hall and your car will be brought back to where you dropped it off.
