Silver Lady operates an efficient meet and greet parking service at Gatwick Airport. A friendly driver will meet you at the terminal, park your car for you and bring it back when you return. Great if you have lots of luggage or need a little extra help. Your car is kept in an undercover compound with regular security patrols. It's the ultimate in parking convenience!

Parking Information

Silver Lady Meet and GreetOn arrival at the airport you will be met at a pre-arranged point at the terminal by a uniformed Silver Lady driver. After checking your booking confirmation, your car will be taken and parked at the secure compound. You simply proceed directly to check-in with no need for a transfer. On your return from your trip call Silver Lady when you have cleared customs and your car will be brought back to you at the terminal.

The undercover compound to which your car is taken is fully enclosed and manned 24 hours a day.

Arrival Procedure


Drive to the pre-arranged location at Gatwick North or South Terminal. You will be met by a uniformed Silver Lady Parking Services chauffeur who will check your car, collect your e-mail booking confirmation and take the keys. Your car will be driven to a secured undercover compound.

Information


The car park will be closed on 25th, 26th, 31st December and 1st January. A small excess charge is applicable for Bank Holidays payable direct to the car park. Please also note that your booking cannot be amended within 2 days of your arrival. Please note that all areas of Gatwick airport share a postcode, we advise you to carefully follow directions on arrival.

Departure Procedures


On return from your holiday, once you have cleared customs, simply call Silver Lady Parking Services on the number provided and your car will be delivered to the terminal for you to drive home.

Insurance


All cars parked or stored with Silver Lady will be on a proven direct negligence basis. Any loss or damage claims for vehicles must be made prior to the vehicle being handed over by Silver Lady. All vehicles will only be driven by qualified drivers and under Silver Lady's own specialist road risk insurance. Parking is at owner's own risk subject to printed terms and conditions.
