Bravo! restaurant and bar thanks to the ever-changing themed buffet. Help yourself to Mediterranean food on Monday, north and south American dishes on Tuesday, French cuisine on Wednesday, Middle Eastern dishes on Thursday, Asian food on Friday, carvery food on Saturday and British food on Sunday. Alternatively, there's an a la carte menu, which has meat, fish, chicken and vegetarian options. How about tomatoes and mozzarella to start, followed by lamb tagine with spiced chickpeas and wild rice timbale, with warm chocolate fondant with cream to finish? Dinner is served from 7pm to 10.30pm. The bar is open from 5.30pm until at least 1am and even has a DJ some nights. The restaurant also has a cocktail menu. Children under eight eat free. Pasta, noodles, pizzas, panini, salads, main meals, desserts, pastries and muffins, along with alcoholic and hot and cold soft drinks, are available in the Pulse Cafe from 10am to 10pm. Transfers from terminals 1 and 3 are provided by the Heathrow Hoppa between 4.30am and 11.36pm every 12 to 18 minutes. You need bus number H2. Transfers to terminal 4 run from 4.36am until 11.36pm. Catch bus number H54. Transfers from terminal 5 run every 20 to 30 minutes between 4.47am and 11.47pm. Hoppa tickets are sold at the terminals and at the hotel and cost £4.50 per adult each way, children go free. The prices and the schedule are subject to change.
