Long Stay (T5)

On arrival at the car park your registration number will be electronically noted and a ticket printed with your registration number and booking details. You may then enter the car park and park in any available space. Then take a transfer to the appropriate terminal; buses run on demand with a journey time of just ten minutes. On your return from your trip take a transfer back to the car park, where you simply insert your ticket at the barrier to gain exit with your car.

T4 Long Stay

On arrival at the car park simply take a ticket at the barrier and park up in the zone indicated by the signs. Your booking reference number should be printed on your ticket. You may then take a courtesy transfer to the terminal; buses run on demand with a transfer time of around eight minutes. On your return from your trip, take a bus transfer back to the car park. To exit just insert your entry ticket at the barrier, which should lift automatically.

Long Stay

On arrival at the car park simply take a ticket at the barrier and park your car in an available space, as directed by the signs. You may then take a courtesy transfer to the appropriate terminal; buses run every ten minutes with a journey time of around fifteen minutes. On your return from your trip take a transfer back to the car park, return to your car and park up in the Customer Services area. Hand over your entry ticket and booking confirmation and this will be exchanged for an exit ticket.

Business Parking (T 1 & 3)

Business Parking (Terminal 4)

On arrival at the car park do not take a ticket at the barrier - simply insert the credit/debit card you used to make your booking. The barrier will then raise to admit you. You may then take a courtesy transfer to the terminal; buses run every seven minutes with a transfer time of just three minutes. On your return from your trip, take a bus transfer back to the car park from Bus Stop 6 at Terminal 4. To exit the car park insert the same credit/debit card at the barrier.

Business Parking (Terminal 5)

On arrival at the car park simply take a ticket at the barrier and park where indicated by the signs. You may then take a courtesy transfer to the terminal; buses run every five minutes with a journey time of just eight minutes. On your return from your trip, take a transfer back to the car park. Present your ticket and booking confirmation at the customer service office near the exit in order to leave.

Park 1

On arrival at the car park simply take a ticket at the barrier and park your car in one of the open zones indicated. You may then take a courtesy coach transfer to Terminal 1; these run on demand with a journey time of only three minutes. On your return from your trip take a transfer back to the car park, then present your entry ticket and booking confirmation at the customer service office near the exit in order to leave.

Business Parking

On arrival at Business Parking for terminal 4 go to the entry security barrier and a ticket will be printed showing your car registration number, then proceed to the zone indicated on the ticket. On your return to the car park drive to the customer services office next to the exit barrier and get your ticket validated before leaving the car park. All arrival/departure procedures, directions, telephone numbers etc are detailed on your booking confirmation.

Leisure Special T1 and T3

Business Leisure Special parking at Heathrow airport uses Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR)so please make sure you enter the correct registration number at time of booking. When you get to the entry barrier your number plate will be read automatically, a ticket will be pritned for you to keep and you will be let in, if you have any difficulties just press the "call" button. On your return, if your ticket has your booking reference printed on it just insert it at the exit barrier and you will be let out. If your ticket does not have a booking reference number on it then show your ticket at the customer services window. All arrival/departure procedures, directions, telephone numbers etc are detailed in your booking confirmation email.

Leisure Special T5

On your arrival at Leisure Special car park entry barrier your number plate will be read automatically and you will be issued with a printed ticket which you must keep. If you do not get a ticket printed automatically then simply press the button for a ticket, park your own car at the zone indicated. On your return to Heathrow airport hop on the grey transfer bus back to the Business Leisure Special car park and pick up your car. The relevant bus stop is signposted "Business Parking" and it's outside the valet parking offices. To leave the car park just drive to the exit barrier and insert your ticket to exit. If this does not work then go to the customer services lane and show your ticket. All directions, arrival/departure procedures, telephone numbers etc are detailed in your booking confirmation email.

Reeds Service Park

On arrival at the car park please report to reception with your booking confirmation. Your keys will then be taken and a member of staff will park your car while you transfer to the appropriate terminal; buses run on demand with a journey time of around 25 minutes. Details of how to transfer back to the car park when you return from your trip will be given on arrival.

Quality Airport Parking

Purple Parking

On arrival at the car park please report to reception with your booking confirmation. At this point you will also be given information about your return journey. You may then take a courtesy transfer to the airport; buses run on demand with a journey time of around 20 minutes.

TLC

On arrival at the car park simply report to reception, handing over your booking confirmation and keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you take a courtesy transfer to the airport; buses run every 15 minutes with a journey time of around 15 minutes. On your return from your trip please call TLC when you have cleared customs and a transfer bus will be sent to take you back to the car park.

Courtlands

On arrival at the car park please park in the arrivals area, unload your luggage and report to reception with your car keys and voucher. You will be given a receipt for your car. You may then take a courtesy transfer to the appropriate terminal; buses run on demand with a journey time of approximately 15 minutes. On your return from your trip take a transfer back to the car park and present your car receipt at the reception. Your keys will then be returned to you and your car will be parked near to reception.

Economy Parking

On arrival at the car park please report to reception with your booking confirmation. At this point you will be given instructions for returning to the car park after your trip. You may then take a courtesy transfer to the airport; buses run on demand with a journey time of around 12 minutes.

Q-Park London Heathrow

On arrival at the car park please follow the signs for check-in and park in the arrivals area as directed by staff. Please unload your luggage and report to reception to hand in your keys and receive a vehicle return voucher. You may then take a courtesy transfer to the appropriate terminal; buses run on demand with a journey time of around ten minutes. On your return from your trip please call when you have cleared customs for details of how to transfer back to the car park. Hand in your return voucher at the car park reception to retrieve your keys; your car will be waiting for you in the arrivals area.

Heathrow NCP Flightpath

A well known car park which is situated close to terminals 1 & 3 offering excellent convenience. This car park also has the Park Mark award for secure parking.

Click Park

Park your car and make your way to reception with your luggage. Present your airport parking booking confirmation and leave your car keys with the receptionist, you'll be given a receipt which you'll need on your return to the car park. then jsut take quick transfer bus to Heathrow Terminal 4. On your return catch the transfer bus back to the Click Park compound from bus stop 27 located outside terminal 4.

Park Wise T1 and T3

On arrival at Park Wise just park your car and go to reception with your luggage. You'll need to show your printed booking confirmation and leave your car keys. You'll receive a receipt which you must keep safe and show on your return. then simply get on the transfer bus which is parked right outside reception. On your return to Heathrow airport just catch the bus to Park Wise, arriving at Terminal 1 use bus stop 5 and for Terminal 3 use bus stop 22.

Quality Airport Parking - Undercover

On arrival at Quality Parking at Heathrow airport follow signs for check in and proceed through the car scanner area. You'll then be shown to the arrivals area by a Quality Airport Parking host. Please take your belongings and luggage out of your car and go to our reception facility to check in and handover your keys in return for your car return voucher. A courtesy bus will then take you to Heathrow airport's terminals. When you return to Heathrow airport and when you've cleared customs call 0208 754 9222 quoting your name and voucher number. You'll be informed of which bus stop to go to and it's location so you can return to the quality Parking car park. At the car park your keys will be given back to you on receipt of your car return voucher. Your car will then be waiting for you in the returns area. Drivefly Platinum Park and Ride

Drive your car to the front entrance of the Radisson Edwardian hotel and park at the hotel's Short Stay Car Park. Then just take your luggage to the front concierge where you'll be met by one of the car park staff who will help you to get to your required terminal. Before departing to your terminal you will given instruction as to where you will be met on your return. All telephone numbers, arrival procedures, directions etc are all detailed on your booking confirmation.

Purple Parking Meet and Greet

On arrival at the airport you will be met at the terminal by a uniformed Purple Parking chauffeur who will drive your car to the secure car park. You simply proceed directly to check-in. On your return from your trip your car will be brought back to you at the terminal.

MBW Valet Parking T 1,3,4 + 5

On arrival at the airport you will be met at the terminal by a uniformed MBW chauffeur who will drive your car to be stored in the secure compound. You simply proceed directly to check-in. On your return from your trip your car will be brought back to you at the terminal.

Official Valet (T5)

Upon arrival at Heathrow you simply hand over your car the the Official Valet Parking driver who will park it for you, all that's left for you to do is to go straight throught o departures. On your return journey just go to the Valet Parking reception to pick up your car.

Official Valet (T1-4)

On arrival at the airport you will be met at the terminal by an official uniformed MBW who will drive your car to be stored in the secure compound. You simply proceed directly to check-in. On your return from your trip your car will be brought back to you at the terminal.

CPS Personal Parking

Call CPS to re-confirm your booking details at least 24 hours before your journey. On arrival at the airport you will be met at the terminal by a uniformed chauffeur who will drive your car to be stored in the secure compound. You simply proceed directly to check-in. On your return from your trip your car will be brought back to you at the terminal.

LHR Meet & Greet

LHR cover all the terminals at Heathrow airport. Each LHR Meet and Greet service has a slightly different arrival/departure instructions which are clearly marked on your booking confirmation.

747 Parking Meet and Greet

When you arrive at Heathrow airport a 747 Parking chauffeur will greet you at the relevant drop off point for terminals 1,3 & 4 and short stay car park level four for terminal 5. On your return you will be met by a 747 Parking chauffeur outside the arrivals building. All arrival/departure procedures, directions, telephone numbers etc are detailed on your booking confirmation.
