Business Parking is manned 24 hours a day, with security fencing, lighting, CCTV and frequent security patrols. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Arrival Procedure
The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking. At the entry barrier, the machine will read and recognise your registration number. A ticket will be printed showing your registration number and booking reference, and the barrier will open. If you experience any difficulties, press the call button for help.

Information
Terminals 4 and 5 bookings are not available at this car park. Due to size/security reasons, panel sided vans and minibuses are not accepted by law. Please also note that your booking cannot be amended within 1 day of your arrival. This car park was branded as Pink Elephant. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
Departure Procedures
Drive up to the exit barrier and insert the ticket you were given when you came into the car park. The barrier will open. If your booking reference is not printed on the ticket or you experience any difficulties, press the call button for help.

Transfers
The shuttle bus runs to terminals 1 and 3 every three to seven minutes between 5.30am and 10.30pm. Outside these times transfers are available on demand. Transfers are included in the price and take between four and eight minutes. Transfers from the terminals leave from the Business Parking bus stops outside arrivals.

Business Parking (T 1,2 & 3)
On arrival at the car park your registration number will be electronically noted and a ticket printed with your registration number and booking details. You may then enter the car park and park in any available space. Then take a transfer to the appropriate terminal; buses run every ten minutes with a journey time of just eight minutes. On your return from your trip take a transfer back to the car park, where you simply insert your ticket at the barrier to gain exit with your car.
