Security Measures
Business Parking Heathrow is protected by 24-hour CCTV and is manned 24 hours a day and patrolled regularly. It has a perimeter fence, lighting at night and entry and exit barriers.
The car park holds the AA/Police Gold Award, the highest security award a car park can hold, and the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers. To be awarded the Park Mark, car parks have to be inspected by the police. They have to have modern security measures and be clean and well-lit.
Arrival Procedure
The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking.
At the entry barrier, the machine will read and recognise your registration number. A ticket will be printed showing your registration number and booking reference, and the barrier will open. Take the ticket and drive to the zone indicated. If you experience any difficulties, press the call button for help.

Please note that transfers between 22:30 and 05:00 are on request. If you need a transfer between these times, please call the car park direct to arrange this.
The bays in the Business Parking car park are wider than standard parking bays.
Parking charges are calculated in blocks of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park. If you stay for more days than you booked, you will be charged for the extra days at the car park's standard daily rate. If you stay for fewer days than you booked, you will not be given a refund.
Departure Procedures
You can catch the shuttle bus back to the car park from bus stop 3.
At the exit barrier, just put your ticket into the slot, unless the ticket doesn't have your booking reference on, in which case you should take it to the customer services office. We advise, as always, having a copy of your booking confirmation with you.
Disabled Facilities
There are disabled parking bays next to the customer services office. However, the transfer buses are not wheelchair accessible. If you need wheelchair access, you'll need to let the car park know in advance so they can arrange transport for you.
Minimum Charge
Three days if staying over the weekend, otherwise six days.
Maximum Car Size
There are no height restrictions, although the largest vehicles the car park can accommodate are transit-type vans or 16-seater minibuses. If a vehicle takes up more than one space, the car park may charge for two spaces. No commercial vehicles are allowed.

Transfers to and from terminal 4 run every one to two minutes and take three minutes.

Business Parking (Terminal 4)
On arrival at the car park do not take a ticket at the barrier - simply insert the credit/debit card you used to make your booking. The barrier will then raise to admit you. You may then take a courtesy transfer to the terminal; buses run every seven minutes with a transfer time of just three minutes. On your return from your trip, take a bus transfer back to the car park from Bus Stop 6 at Terminal 4. To exit the car park insert the same credit/debit card at the barrier.
