Security Measures
Business Parking is protected by 24-hour CCTV and is manned 24 hours a day and patrolled regularly. It has a perimeter fence, lighting at night and entry and exit barriers. The car park holds the AA/Police Gold Award, the highest security award a car park can hold, and the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers. To be awarded the Park Mark, car parks have to be inspected by the police. They have to have modern security measures and be clean and well-lit.
Arrival Procedure
At the entry barrier, the machine will print a ticket showing your car registration number. Take the ticket and drive to the zone indicated.

Please note that transfers between 22:30 and 05:00 are on request. If you need a transfer between these times, please call the car park direct to arrange this. The bays in the Business Parking car park are wider than standard parking bays. You cannot change your booking less than 24 hours before your arrival time. Parking charges are calculated in blocks of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park. If you stay for more days than you booked, you will be charged for the extra days at the car park's standard daily rate. If you stay for fewer days than you booked, you will not be given a refund.
Departure Procedures
Drive to the customer services office next to the exit to have your ticket validated before you leave the car park.
Disabled Facilities
There are ramps at all the bus stops, and the buses have ramps which can be lowered to allow easier access for wheelchair users. The disabled parking bays are next to the customer services office.
Minimum Charge
Three days if staying over the weekend, otherwise six days.
Maximum Car Size
There are no height restrictions, although the largest vehicles the car park can accommodate are transit-type vans or 16-seater minibuses. If a vehicle takes up more than one space, the car park may charge for two spaces. No commercial vehicles are allowed.

Transfers to and from terminal 4 run every one to two minutes and take three minutes.

Business Parking (Terminal 4)
On arrival at the car park do not take a ticket at the barrier - simply insert the credit/debit card you used to make your booking. The barrier will then raise to admit you. You may then take a courtesy transfer to the terminal; buses run every seven minutes with a transfer time of just three minutes. On your return from your trip, take a bus transfer back to the car park from Bus Stop 6 at Terminal 4. To exit the car park insert the same credit/debit card at the barrier.
