Leisure Special T5 Parking Information

Leisure Special T5On your arrival at Leisure Special car park entry barrier your number plate will be read automatically and you will be issued with a printed ticket which you must keep. If you do not get a ticket printed automatically then simply press the button for a ticket, park your own car at the zone indicated. On your return to Heathrow airport hop on the grey transfer bus back to the Business Leisure Special car park and pick up your car. The relevant bus stop is signposted "Business Parking" and it's outside the valet parking offices. To leave the car park just drive to the exit barrier and insert your ticket to exit. If this does not work then go to the customer services lane and show your ticket. All directions, arrival/departure procedures, telephone numbers etc are detailed in your booking confirmation email.

Security Measures


Business Parking Heathrow is manned 24hrs, frequently patrolled and enclosed by security fencing. Comprehensive CCTV in place.

Arrival Procedure


The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking.
When you arrive at the car park, drive up to the barrier. Your number plate will be read and recognised and a ticket showing your booking reference will be issued. If the ticket is not issued automatically, press the button for a ticket. Go to the zone indicated and park your car.

You cannot change or cancel your booking once it is made.
This car park is the Business Parking car park for terminal 5. We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before your flight check-in time to give yourself time to park and transfer to the terminal. You do not need to hand your keys in.

Please note that transfers between 22:30 and 05:00 are on request. If you need a transfer between these times, please call the car park direct to arrange this.
You need to give us your car registration number either when you book, or sometime before you go. It needs to be the right one - if you change the car you're going to be travelling in, you need to give us the new details. You must do this, or the car park will charge you £10 when you leave, because if they don't have the right registration number, it holds things up when you arrive and leave.

Departure Procedures


Catch the next Heathrow Pod from the airport back to the car park and collect your car. The bus stop is marked Business Parking and is outside the valet parking office.
If your ticket has your booking reference printed on it, drive to the exit and insert the ticket into the barrier. If your ticket does not have your booking reference on it, go to the customer service exit lane and show the ticket, quoting your booking reference.
