Arrival Procedure
Drive to the LHR Meet and Greet reception, which is at the far end of the departures forecourt (the upper forecourt) in the lane nearest to the terminal. Park in one of the arrivals bays, then go to reception. There is no need to call the driver before you arrive at the airport. If you need to contact LHR Meet and Greet on the day you are travelling, please call 020 7510 1636.

Information
There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain bank holidays, LHR will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the storage area terms and conditions. First outbound at 05:00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time.
Departure Procedures
After clearing Customs, call 020 7510 1636. Come out of the arrivals building, take the third lane and turn right. Valet Parking reception is at the end on the right.
