Security Measures
Heathrow Long Stay Parking is manned 24 hours a day and is protected by CCTV, a fence and frequent patrols by high profile security vehicles. The car park holds the Park Mark security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers. Before being awarded the Park Mark, car parks have to be inspected by the police. They have to have modern security measures and be clean and well-lit. Car parks which have been awarded the Park Mark are regularly reinspected by the police.
Other Services Provided
Jump starts and help with wheel changes can be provided if needed.
Arrival Procedure
The car park has automatic number plate recognition (ANPR), so make sure you give us your car registration number when you book. Take a ticket at the barrier, which will lift automatically. Keep this ticket. There will be signs telling you which zone to park in. You should make a note of which zone you're parked in, and which is the nearest bus stop. Then just wait at the bus stop for the transfer bus.
Address
Eastern Perimeter Road Heathrow airport Hounslow TW6 2SB
Information
You need to give us your car registration number either when you book, or sometime before you go. It needs to be the right one - if you change the car you're going to be travelling in, you need to give us the new details. You must do this, or the car park will charge you £10 when you leave, because if they don't have the right registration number, it holds things up when you arrive and leave. The transfer buses run every 10 to 12 minutes until 30 minutes after the last flight arrives - and the car park will track the flight to see if it is delayed. But in the unlikely event that you arrive at the airport later than this, just call the car park on 020 8745 6272, and the transfer bus will come and get you. The buses start again at 4am. If you need any extra days' parking, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate. If you don't use all your parking, unfortunately we can't give you a refund for the unused days. Long Stay was previously called Parking Express.
Departure Procedures
Go to bus stop 2 at terminal 1, or bus stop 17 at terminal 3, to catch the shuttle bus back to the car park. At the exit barrier, just put your ticket into the slot. The machine will read your number plate and the barrier will lift automatically. If your ticket doesn't have your booking reference on, but says 'cashier' instead, you'll need to take it to the customer services office by the exit first so they can validate it for you.
