Directions : The drivers wear a black uniform with Meteor meet and greet parking in red/white as the logo. Outbound meet instructions We collect your car kerb side at the terminal ensuring an even quicker meet and greet experience. Please call the number on your confirmation ten minutes before arriving at the airport to receive your meet instructions and ensure your personal chauffeur is waiting for you. Failure to ring may result in a delay. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. Inbound meet instructions On your return, your car will be delivered to the Short stay car park located just outside arrivals. Collect luggage, clear Customs and call the number on your confirmation. Take the lift located by the exit doors sign posted car park 3 and go up to level 1. Walk along the footbridge which will take you to the pick up point where your car will be waiting. ***PLEASE CALL Meteor on the number on your confirmation FOR ANY AMENDMENT TO YOUR RESERVATION or the number on your confirmation for last minute problems.*** Please check the airport terminal your flight departs from with your travel company - a £15 supplement will be charged to your card if you fail to advise any amendments to your return journey which affect the collection of your vehicle.

Security Measures : Cars are parked in a fully secured car park with CCTV and 24 hour patrols. The car park holds the secured car parks award.

Additional Information :

You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary). If your arrival time changes please notify the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.
