Park Wise car parking at Heathrow airport is another car park which truly offers the very best value for money. The car park is very secure which includes security barriers, security fencing and CCTV as well as regular manned patrols. Park Wise serves Heathrow's terminals 1 and 3 only. Disabled facilities can be provided for the transfer bus if requested in advance.

Park Wise Parking Information

Park Wise T1 and T3On arrival at Park Wise just park your car and go to reception with your luggage. You'll need to show your printed booking confirmation and leave your car keys. You'll receive a receipt which you must keep safe and show on your return. then simply get on the transfer bus which is parked right outside reception. On your return to Heathrow airport just catch the bus to Park Wise, arriving at Terminal 1 use bus stop 5 and for Terminal 3 use bus stop 22.

Security Measures


Park Wise is manned 24 hours a day, regularly patrolled and has CCTV, entry and exit barriers, a fence and lighting. It holds the Park Mark, a national security award for car parks which is accredited by the police.

Arrival Procedure


Park your car outside reception, unload your luggage and check in at reception. You'll be asked to leave your car keys with the member of staff on duty, and you'll need to have a copy of your booking confirmation with you. The receptionist will give you a receipt, which you should keep, as you'll need it when you come back. Then you just need to board the transfer bus to the terminal outside reception.

Information


Parking prices are calculated in blocks of 24 hours, starting from the time you arrive at the car park. If you park for more days than you booked, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate when you come back. If you leave the car park early, unfortunately we can't give you a refund.

Departure Procedures


You'll need to catch the transfer bus back to Park Wise. The bus leaves from bus stop 5 outside terminal 1, and bus stop 22 outside terminal 3. Then just make your way to reception with your receipt. Your car will be waiting for you in a bay outside reception.

Disabled Facilities


The transfer buses aren't wheelchair accessible. If you need wheelchair access, let the car park know in advance and they'll arrange transport for you.

Trailers and motor homes are not allowed in the car park.

Transfers to and from terminals 1 and 3 run on demand and are included in the price. The journey takes six to 12 minutes.

Insurance


Parking is at your own risk. The car park indemnifies customers for damage which is proved to have been caused by its negligence. You must report the damage before you leave the car park.

Trailer and Car


Trailers and motor homes are not allowed in the car park.
