Directions

Collection Points are as follows: Terminal 1 - lower left section of departures. Terminal 3 - 3rd lane on the right outside departures. Terminal 4 - 3rd lane outside departures. Terminal 5 - drive up ramp towards departures. Bear right at sign for 'Short Stay & passenger pick up' and drive under height restriction arm. Keep left and follow signs for 'Fast Track'. Take a ticket at barrier and once inside follow arrows on road to Row L where the chauffeur will meet you and take your ticket. On return to any terminal please call 0845 850 5455 or from a payphone 0800 587 8283. Your car will be returned to you at the collection points at all terminals. Please note if your return flight is delayed beyond midnight we reserve the right to pick you up at the terminal by courtesy bus and drive you to our car park to collect your vehicle.
