Security Measures
Security fencing, lighting, CCTV, controlled access barriers and 24 hour security patrols. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Arrival Procedure
On arrival please follow the signs for check in and proceed through the car scanner area. You will then be directed into the arrivals area by one of the Quality Airport Parking hosts. Please take your belongings out of your car and go to our reception facility to check in and handover your keys in return for your vehicle return voucher. Mileage and petrol checks will be completed on your vehicle before it is moved to the main compound. A courtesy bus will then take you and your passengers to the terminals.

Information
Skis and snowboards can be carried on the transfer buses, but not bikes. If you stay for more days than you booked, you will be charged for the extra days at the car park's standard daily rate. If you stay for fewer days than you booked, you will not be given a refund. Parking is at your own risk. Quality Airport Parking was formerly Q-Park.
Departure Procedures
On return, when you have cleared customs call 0208 754 9222 giving your name and voucher number. Instructions will be given informing you of the bus stop number and it's location so you can return to the car park. At the car park your keys will be handed back to you on production of your vehicle return voucher. Your car will be waiting for you in the returns area.

Transfers
Courtesy transfers operate on demand, 24hrs a day and take approximately 5 - 10 minutes for all terminals. Transfers to Terminal 5 take approximately 10 minutes.

Parking is always at the owner's own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of the car park which are available at reception. A condition report is carried out on all vehicles on arrival.

On arrival at the car park please follow the signs for check-in and park in the arrivals area as directed by staff. Please unload your luggage and report to reception to hand in your keys and receive a vehicle return voucher. You may then take a courtesy transfer to the appropriate terminal; buses run on demand with a journey time of around ten minutes. On your return from your trip please call when you have cleared customs for details of how to transfer back to the car park. Hand in your return voucher at the car park reception to retrieve your keys; your car will be waiting for you in the arrivals area.
