Directions : **PLEASE NOTE** YOU MUST ARRIVE AT AGREED ARRIVAL TIME, IF TIME CHANGES ring the number on your confirmation ASAP. FOR ANY CHANGES ON THE DAY, OR FAILURE TO ADVISE AMENDMENTS WHICH AFFECTS RETURN OF YOUR VEHICLE, THERE IS A £15 SUPPLEMENT. FOR ARRIVALS/RETURNS BETWEEN 22.00-05.00 THERE IS A £11.75 SUPPLEMENT. T1 - Go through tunnel, stay in far left lane, enter car park 1, take ticket, go to lower ground floor, 2nd left after barrier, hand ticket and keys to chauffeur who will have your details. On return, exit terminal into car park 1, opposite main entrance on ground floor, then go back to where you left your car. NB: domestic flight arrivals are upstairs on departure level, go to exit, then enter lift in drop off area and go to lower ground floor where you left your car. Nb: Height restrictions apply - 2.05m max. height T3 - Go through tunnel, stay in far right lane, follow signs to Terminal 3 departures, enter car park 3, take ticket, go to level 5 (Top Level) to row A or B to the end near lifts, where your chauffeur will have your details and give them ticket and keys. On return, exit arrivals, turn right, follow signs to Short stay car park 3 enter lift to level 1, go over walkway to car park 3, take lift to level 5 row A or B to collect your car. Nb: Height restrictions apply - 2.05m max. height but there is a high sided vehicle entrance on ground floor. T4 - Follow signs for Terminal 4 Departures, take ramp to Departure level, stay in 3rd lane, furthest away from the Terminal and find a place to park. You will be approached by a uniformed Chauffeur who will have your details. They will then confirm your return details and instructions. T5 - Take ramp to Departures, go right at "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up" sign. Go under height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for "Fast Track". Take ticket at barrier then go to Row L where chauffeur will meet you. Nb: Height restrictions apply - 2.05m max. height but there is a high sided vehicle entrance on ground floor.

Distance from Airport : You will be met at the airport terminal

Transfer Frequency : Transfers are not required

Arrival Procedure : A fully insured driver will meet you on the departures level and will identify you by your car registration.

Departure Procedure : Once you collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the free phone number provided to you and we will have your car returned to the departure lane within 10-15 minutes for T1, 2 & 3 and within 20minutes on the arrivals lane for T4.

Security Measures : Cars are parked in a 24 hour secured compound with CCTV and electric gates.
