Directions : TERMINALS 1,2,3 and 4: A driver will meet you on the outside lane at the designated terminal and drive your car to the secure compound. On return, once you have landed, collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the car park on the free phone number which will be provided to you on your outward journey and they will have your car returned to the departure lane within 10-15 minutes for T1, 2 & 3 and within 20minutes on the arrivals lane for T4. TERMINAL 5: As you approach the departures up the ramp enter the car park to the right. Keep to the left take a ticket enter the barrier keep the ticket and pass this to the driver. Then follow the signs to meet and greet fast track to level 4. When you return make your way to the car park level 4. ****PLEASE NOTE***** YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WAIT AT THE AIRPORT, THEREFORE YOU MUST ARRIVE AT THE AGREED MEETING TIME. IF YOUR ARRIVAL TIME CHANGES PLEASE CALL THE CAR PARK ON the number on your confirmation AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. FOR ON THE DAY CHANGE IN DETAILS, OR IF YOU HAVE FAILED TO ADVISE ANY AMENDMENT TO THE RETURN JOURNEY WHICH AFFECTS THE COLLECTION OF YOUR VEHICLE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A £15 SUPPLEMENT. ARRIVALS OR RETURNS BETWEEN 22.00-05.00 WILL BE SUBJECT £11.75 SUPPLEMENT.

Arrival Procedure : A fully insured driver will meet you on the departures level and will identify you by your car registration.

Departure Procedure : Once you collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the free phone number provided to you and we will have your car returned to the departure lane within 10-15 minutes for T1, 2 & 3 and within 20minutes on the arrivals lane for T4.

Security Measures : Cars are parked in a 24 hour secured compound with CCTV and electric gates.
