Multi Storey Car ParkOn arrival at the car park simply insert the same credit-debit card as you used to make your booking and the barrier should rise to admit you. You may then park your car in any available space. The terminal building is just a short walk away so there is no need for a transfer. On your return from your trip insert the same credt/debit card at the car park exit and the barrier will rise to allow you to leave.

Security Measures


The car park is patrolled 24 hours a day and has CCTV, entry and exit barriers and a fence. It holds the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers. To be awarded the Park Mark, car parks have to have modern security measures and be clean and well-lit.

Arrival Procedure


Make sure you bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you to the car park. The car park has automatic number plate recognition (ANPR), so if you give us your car registration number when you book, you'll save yourself time. Just wait at the entry barrier while the camera reads your number plate. Don't press the button for a ticket - the machine will give you one automatically when it has recognised your number plate, and the barrier will lift. Then just drive in and park your car. If the machine doesn't give you a ticket, press the intercom button and speak to a member of staff.

If you need any extra days' parking, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate before you leave. You can pay at the car park office.

Departure Procedures


You don't need to go to the pay machines in the terminal - just drive to the exit barrier and put your ticket in the slot. The barrier will lift automatically - press the intercom button if it doesn't. You should have a copy of your booking confirmation with you.

Disabled Facilities


Blue Badge Holders can use special allocated spaces for disabled passengers in the Multi Storey car park. Please follow signs for disabled parking once in the car park.
