Children under 12 stay free. If you need to park at the hotel overnight, you can do so in the multi-storey car park attached to the hotel. It's a public car park, but the hotel uses the top floor, where only its guests can park. Overnight parking costs £4.50, which is a reduced price for the hotel's guests. The car park has CCTV and is locked at night, but is open to guests 24 hours a day.
The hotel is three miles from the airport.
The earliest check-in time is 2pm and the latest check-out time is 11am, unless otherwise arranged. If you are checking in after 11pm, you should ring the doorbell to alert the night porter.
The credit crunch no longer means you can't afford fine dining, thanks to the Days Hotel's new recession-busting dinner menu. Steak, fish and chips, pasta dishes, vegetarian dishes, curries, meat dishes and salads are among the choices, and prices start from £3.95 for a starter and £7.95 for a main course. Start with ginger chicken with soy sauce, then tuck into the Barnsley chop, an 8oz lamb chop with minted new potatoes and peas, before finishing off with rocky road chocolate brownies with creme fraiche. Dinner is served from 6pm to 10pm. If you have special dietary requirements, the chefs will be happy to prepare you something that is not on the menu. You can also have a packed breakfast delivered to your room.
