Start with ginger chicken with soy sauce, then tuck into the Barnsley chop, an 8oz lamb chop with minted new potatoes and peas, before finishing off with rocky road chocolate brownies with creme fraiche. Dinner is served from 5pm to 9.30pm If you have special dietary requirements, the chefs will be happy to prepare you something that is not on the menu. You can also have a packed breakfast delivered to your room. Breakfast is free for children under 12.
