Security Measures
Identification will be requested upon drop off and collection of your vehicle. The parking compound has razor wire perimeter fencing, CCTV and regular security patrols. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle. You are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment.
Arrival Procedure
On arrival, please report to one of the reception windows and quote your booking reference number and return flight details. Once you've checked in, you will be given a ticket with a printed barcode and a member of staff will then inform you where your car is to be parked. After you've checked in, you will be directed into a parking space by a parking host. Once parked, please make a note of the nearest bus stop and the parking area you have left your vehicle in, as you will need this when you return. Unload your luggage, head to one of the designated bus stops and wait for a transfer bus. Please note, during busy periods we may require your keys so we can park your car for you while you transfer to the airport. When you return to the car park, your vehicle will be waiting for you in a departure bay located close to the reception building. You are delivered direct to Terminal 3 or to the terminal interchange, from where the covered skyways give access to Terminals 1 and 2.

Information
Airparks Gold was formally known as Carminder. If you are bringing large items with you we suggest you drop them off at the airport before parking your car. Airparks are unable to carry bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects which do not fit onto luggage racks on their buses. Remember to check beforehand that your airline will accept them for carriage. If this poses a problem for you then you may be interested in one of our excellent Meet and Greet services. Meet and Greet sees a designated driver meet you at the airport terminal and then drive your car to a secure location for the duration of your time away. This will allow you to take your large items of luggage straight into the airport terminal building without the need to carry them from the car park.
Departure Procedures
When returning to the car park, your driver will check and validate your barcoded ticket and drop you off at the nearest bus stop to your vehicle. You may then collect your car and exit the car park.

The transfer buses are accessible for wheelchair users.
Maximum Car Size
There is a maximum height limit on all vehicles of 2.10m (7 ft). Please note this car park cannot accept bookings for minibuses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers, even if multiple spaces are booked.
Transfers
You are taken directly to terminal 3 or to the terminal interchange, from where the covered skyways give access to terminals 1 and 2. Regular transfer buses run from the designated bus stops to the airport, simply hop on board with your luggage and go.

Airparks Gold
On arrival at the car park please report to one of the reception windows with your booking confirmation and return flight details. You will be given a barcoded ticket for your return journey. Staff will then direct you to a parking space. You may then take a courtesy transfer to the airport; these run every 15 minutes with a journey time of just five minutes. On your return from your trip take a bus transfer back to the car park, showing your barcoded ticket to the driver. You will then be dropped off close to where you parked your car.
