Security Measures
Manchester Airport - Shuttle Park is a secure parking compound that benefits from CCTV, floodlighting, security barriers and 24 hour patrols. Being a pre-book only car park ensures that additional security can be achieved through this process. Manchester Airport - Shuttle Park has the Park Mark Award which is your guarantee that the car park has been vetted to ensure it is safe and secure. In addition to this award the car park also has the ISO9001 certification adding to its impressive list of security measures. Please note that Manchester Airport - Shuttle Park do not take your car keys.
Arrival Procedure
You should bring a copy of your booking confirmation to the car park with you. If your confirmation has a barcode on, just scan the barcode at the entry barrier. If it doesn't, just put the debit or credit card you booked with into the slot. The barrier will lift. If it doesn't, or you don't have your card, just press the buzzer to speak to a member of staff. What you shouldn't do is take a ticket or use a different card, as the machine may try to charge you again when you leave. The last four digits of the card you booked with will be on your confirmation.

Information
Shuttle buses run 24 hours a day at 15 minute intervals. Please allow sufficient time for your transfer to the terminal. On your return, catch the bus from the Shuttle Park bus stop back to the car park. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
Departure Procedures
As before, just scan the barcode on your booking confirmation or put the debit or credit card you booked with into the slot on the exit barrier. If you did take a ticket when you came in, you should press the buzzer to speak to a member of staff. You'll need to have your booking confirmation to hand.

Transfers
Below are the transfer return procedures for each terminal: Terminal 1: Make your way out of the arrivals hall to the paved forecourt outside. You'll see a taxi rank in front of you. The bus stop that'll take customers back to the Manchester Airport - Shuttle Park is to the right of the forecourt, and is well signposted. Wait here for a transfer bus. Terminal 2: Leave the arrivals halls through any of the exit doors on that level and turn left. At the end of the terminal you'll see lots of bus stops. The Manchester Airport - Shuttle Park bus stop is clearly signposted. Wait here for a transfer bus. Terminal 3: The Manchester Airport - Shuttle Park bus stop at terminal 3 is the same one for both drop-offs, and pick-ups. You'll find the bus stop directly outside terminal 3, opposite the Spar shop. Wait here for a transfer bus.

Manchester Shuttle Park
On arrival at the car park take a ticket at the barrier and then park your car in any available space. You may then take a courtesy transfer to the terminal; these run every fifteen minutes with a journey time of around eleven minutes. On your return from your trip take a transfer back to the car park. At the exit barrier press the help button and inform staff of your booking reference number; you will then be allowed to exit.
