Security Measures
Manchester Airport - Shuttle Park is a secure parking compound that benefits from CCTV, floodlighting, security barriers and 24 hour patrols. Being a pre-book only car park ensures that additional security can be achieved through this process. Manchester Airport - Shuttle Park has the Park Mark Award which is your guarantee that the car park has been vetted to ensure it is safe and secure. In addition to this award the car park also has the ISO9001 certification adding to its impressive list of security measures. Please note that Manchester Airport - Shuttle Park do not take your car keys.
Arrival Procedure
When you arrive, drive to the entry barrier at the car park and insert the debit or credit card that was used to make your online booking. The barrier will rise allowing you to enter the car park. Please do not take a ticket from the barrier, as you may get charged extra when you leave the car park. Please bring a copy of your booking confirmation or reference number with you. If you do not have the card used to make the booking OR your card is not recognised, please do not insert a different card. Simply press the buzzer at the barrier and quote your booking reference to the car park attendant.

Information
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
Departure Procedures
Please insert the same debit or credit card you used when you first entered the car park. The barrier will rise as soon as your card is recognised. If you took a ticket when you first entered the car park, please press the buzzer at the exit barrier for help. You'll need to have your booking confirmation or reference ready to quote.

Transfers
Below are the transfer return procedures for each terminal: Terminal 1: Make your way out of the arrivals hall to the paved forecourt outside. You'll see a taxi rank in front of you. The bus stop that'll take customers back to the Manchester Airport - Shuttle Park is to the right of the forecourt, and is well signposted. Wait here for a transfer bus. Terminal 2: Leave the arrivals halls through any of the exit doors on that level and turn left. At the end of the terminal you'll see lots of bus stops. The Manchester Airport - Shuttle Park bus stop is clearly signposted. Wait here for a transfer bus. Terminal 3: The Manchester Airport - Shuttle Park bus stop at terminal 3 is the same one for both drop-offs, and pick-ups. You'll find the bus stop directly outside terminal 3, opposite the Spar shop. Wait here for a transfer bus.

Manchester Shuttle Park
On arrival at the car park take a ticket at the barrier and then park your car in any available space. You may then take a courtesy transfer to the terminal; these run every fifteen minutes with a journey time of around eleven minutes. On your return from your trip take a transfer back to the car park. At the exit barrier press the help button and inform staff of your booking reference number; you will then be allowed to exit.
