Manchester Airport - Shuttle Park is a secure parking compound that benefits from CCTV, floodlighting, security barriers and 24 hour patrols. Being a pre-book only car park ensures that additional security can be achieved through this process. Manchester Airport - Shuttle Park has the Park Mark Award which is your guarantee that the car park has been vetted to ensure it is safe and secure. In addition to this award the car park also has the ISO9001 certification adding to its impressive list of security measures. Please note that Manchester Airport - Shuttle Park do not take your car keys.
Arrival Procedure
On arrival, drive to the entry barrier at the car park and insert the debit/credit card that was used to make your online booking. The barrier will rise allowing you to enter. DO NOT take a ticket from the barrier, doing so may mean you will incur further charges on exit. Please bring a copy of this booking confirmation with you when arriving at the airport. If you do not have the card used to make the booking OR your card is not recognised, please do not insert a different card. Either show, or tell the attendant your booking reference number by pressing the buzzer at the barrier.

Information
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
Departure Procedures
Insert the same debit/credit card used at entry and the barrier will rise. If you took a ticket upon entry, press the buzzer at the exit barrier for attention, providing your booking details/reference number.

Transfers
Shuttle buses run 24 hours, every 15 minutes and take approximately 11 minutes. Terminal 1: Leave the arrivals hall and make your way to the paved forecourt. Here you will find the taxi rank immediately in front of you. The bus stop that will take Manchester Airport - Shuttle Park customers back to the park itself is to the right of the forecourt, and is very well labelled with all destinations. Terminal 2: Leave the arrivals area through any of the exit doors on that level and turn left. Keep going in that direction until you reach the end of the terminal building; the bus stops for all locations are situated here, Shuttle Park's will be clearly marked. Terminal 3: The bus stop is the same for both drop offs and pick ups. It is located directly outside the T3 arrivals area, opposite the Spar shop that is fairly easy to spot, just inside the terminal building.

Manchester Shuttle Park
On arrival at the car park take a ticket at the barrier and then park your car in any available space. You may then take a courtesy transfer to the terminal; these run every fifteen minutes with a journey time of around eleven minutes. On your return from your trip take a transfer back to the car park. At the exit barrier press the help button and inform staff of your booking reference number; you will then be allowed to exit.
