Terminal 3 - Inbound: After clearing customs, please call the number on your confirmation and we will confirm your return instructions. Please call the number on your confirmation from outside the UK. ** PLEASE NOTE** You will not be able to wait at this point, so you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary). Arrival Procedure : Please drive to the departure terminal entrance where you will be met by a chauffeur who will be waiting (with a trolley) to take your car to the fully secured airport car park.

Departure Procedure : Your car will be waiting for you as you exit the terminal building

Security Measures : Cars are parked in a fully secured compound with CCTV, 24 hour patrols, floodlighting, security fencing. This car park holds the Police/AA Gold Award for security.
