There are a selection of business facilities at the Newcastle airport Servisair Lounge. These include a fax machine, coin/credit card telephones and complimentary Wifi. Please note the lounge closes early at 17:00 on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day. The lounge is only open from 10:00 - 13:00 on Christmas Day.

Proceed through the security point on level 2 and turn left on clearing security. Continue through duty free and the lounge is located on the right hand side of Dixons.

Check in Time

You can check in to the lounge up to three hours prior to flight departure. Please note, lounge access is reserved from the time you specified in your booking and your 3 hour entitlement commences from this time. Easyjet flights - check-in is 2 hours in advance to the scheduled flight departure. To avoid this and receive the full entitlement in the airport lounge, why not save time and check-in online. This is only suitable providing you do not have any baggage that needs checking in.

Lounges have a smart casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expect reasonable behaviour from all guests. Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.
