Security Measures
Security measures include high security fencing, CCTV and floodlighting. The car park is patrolled 24 hours a day by security staff and police. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers. Before being awarded the Park Mark, car parks have to be inspected by the police. They have to have modern security measures, such as alarms and CCTV, and be clean and well-lit. Car parks which have been awarded the Park Mark are regularly reinspected by the police.
Other Services Provided
Courtesy jump-start service.
Arrival Procedure
The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking. You should bring your booking confirmation to the car park. Drive up to the entry barrier. The machine will read and recognise your car registration number. This should take about 10 seconds. A ticket will be printed showing your booking reference and the barrier will lift. Park your car and transfer to the airport. If the barrier does not lift within 10 seconds, press the button for a ticket.

Southampton International Airport Terminal Building Southampton SO18 2NL
Information
Parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours, starting from the time when you arrive at the car park. If you stay for more days than you booked, you will be charged for the extra days at the car park's standard daily rate. If you stay for fewer days than you booked, you will not be given a refund. You need to give us your car registration number either when you book, or sometime before you go. It needs to be the right one - if you change the car you're going to be travelling in, you need to give us the new details. You must do this, or the car park will charge you £10 when you leave, because if they don't have the right registration number, it holds things up when you arrive and leave. This car park, operated by Meteor, used to be marketed under the Pink Elephant® brand but is now called Long Stay.
