As well as an English and international menu featuring classic dishes like lamb leg steak and sirloin steak, there are buffets on selected evenings. The restaurant is open for dinner from 6pm to 10pm, with last orders at 9.45pm. Light meals, fresh pastries and speciality teas and coffees are on offer in Caffe Cino, which is open from 5am to 5pm. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are available in all three venues. And if you're travelling with your children, you'll be delighted to know that child nutrition expert Annabel Karmel, who produces her own range of children's meals, has been working with Hilton hotels to create a mouthwatering kids' menu.
