More than 4,000 bottles of wine are housed in a towering glass case in the Angels' Wine Tower Bar. Once you've ordered your wine, the angels will fly up to get it. Sandwiches, pizzas, pasta dishes, main meals, soups, salads, burgers and desserts are on the menu. How about a tomato and white bean bruschetta, or Cajun chicken with avocado and garlic herb mayonnaise in a seeded bap? The bar is open from 8am to 1am, and food is available from 11am to 6pm, with nibbles then available until 11pm. Italian food is on the menu in Filini, with starters, pasta dishes, risottos, pizzas, main meals and desserts on the menu. How about a plate of vegetable antipasti to start, followed by macaroni in a spicy vegetable sauce with cherry tomatoes, with chocolate fondant and pistachio ice cream to finish? If you like steaks, then you'll love the New York Grill Bar. There are 10 options on the grill menu, with ostrich steak with grilled blue cheese sitting alongside the 20oz sirloin steak. But there are plenty of other American favourites too - we'd go for the southern crab cakes with tomato and mango salsa, then the fried aubergine, halloumi and bell pepper salad, and the hot fudge sundae with toasted nuts to finish. Dinner is served from 6pm to 10.30pm daily in both Filini and the New York Grill Bar. A children's menu is available in Filini and the Angels' Wine Tower Bar for children under 12. There's a choice of tagliatelle bolognese, a margarita pizza slice, a cheeseburger and fish goujons - all except the tagliatelle with fries and baked beans - then ice cream for dessert and milk or orange juice to drink. There is a fourth restaurant, Tapaell'Ya, but it is only open for functions. Breakfast is served in Filini. A grab and go breakfast is also available.
