Directions
Once you have gone through passport control, catch the transit train to gates 1 to 19. The lounge is by gate 15. Please note : From 27th January 2011 onwards on a Sunday the lounge will be open from 05:00-20:00.

Flight Announcements
The lounge is fully equipped with flight information screens. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they catch their scheduled flight departure. Please note : From 27th January 2011 onwards on a Sunday the lounge will be open from 05:00-20:00. Please note, for any bookings made where adults are incorrectly identified as children, the lounge reserves the right to charge the passenger the difference in price upon entry. All food & beverage must be consumed in the lounge.

Check in Time
You can check in to the lounge up to three hours prior to flight departure. Please note, lounge access is reserved from the time you specified in your booking and your three hour entitlement commences from this time. Easyjet flights - check-in is 2 hours in advance to the scheduled flight departure. To avoid this and receive the full entitlement in the airport lounge, why not save time and check-in online. This is only suitable providing you do not have any baggage that needs checking in. Please note the lounge at Gate 16 is not suitable for passengers flying with Ryanair or on domestic routes with Easyjet (Belfast, Newcastle, Glasgow and Edinburgh) due to the location of the departure gates for these flights.

There is a complimentary breakfast menu with a choice of cereals, natural yoghurt with berry compote & granola and others available with a wide range of choices to suit all needs. From 11am No.1 Stansted has a complimentary bistro-style menu with a choice of freshly prepared dishes and light snacks, and a bar serving freshly brewed tea and coffee, juices, smoothies, soft drinks, wines, beers and spirits. Treats such as cookies and fresh fruit are also available. Cocktails and champagne are available at an extra charge.
