The lounge is fully equipped with flight information screens, however it is the customers responsibility to ensure they catch their scheduled flight departure. All food & beverage must be consumed in the lounge.

Check in Time
You can check in to the lounge up to three hours prior to flight departure. Please note, lounge access is reserved from the time you specified in your booking and your 3 hour entitlement commences from this time. Easyjet flights - check-in is 2 hours in advance to the scheduled flight departure. To avoid this and receive the full entitlement in the airport lounge, why not save time and check-in online. This is only suitable providing you do not have any baggage that needs checking in. Please note that due to the location of the Lounge it is NOT available to passengers travelling with Ryanair. Please note the lounge at Gate 16 is not suitable for passengers flying with Ryanair or on domestic routes with Easyjet (Belfast, Newcastle, Glasgow and Edinburgh) due to the location of the departure gates for these flights.

Food and Beverage
Got an early start? Begin the day with a continental breakfast of cereal, croissants, fresh fruit and yogurt in the Servisair lounge. Scones, cakes, cheese and biscuits and savoury snacks are available in the afternoons. To drink there are beers, wines and spirits, plus hot and cold soft drinks. All food and drink is free, apart from champagne.

The dress code in the lounge is smart casual. Baseball caps, shorts and football shirts are not allowed. Reasonable behaviour is expected from all guests. Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.
