Drop-off and pick-up your car at the Valet car park, then take the 2-minute stroll to check-in.

Covid-secure

Valet parking has introduced measures to make your meet and greet as safe and contact-free as possible.

On arrival you'll see signs encouraging social distancing. The drivers will be wearing a face mask or visor, and gloves which are changed regularly. Your car key will be also sanitised before it's given back to you.

The car park isn't accepting cash so if you stay for longer than you've booked and need to pay more you'll need to do so by card. The card machine will be sanitised before and after you use it.

Need to know

Drop your car off at the Valet car park which is a short walk away from the terminal. Head to the Valet reception and a member of the team will meet you, check you in and park your car while you take the 2-minute walk to the terminal.

When you get back walk back to the Valet car park to pick up your keys from the check-in desk - your car will be ready for collection.

Accessibility

This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus is not required.

The small print

Government regulations require passengers at the airport to wear a face covering. Remember to bring a face covering and have it on before you get there. You'll need one for each member of your party.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 3 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 per day, which is subject to change. You'll need to give the car park a call to let them know your new times.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
