Pre-holiday luxury. Let someone else take care of the parking while you head straight to check-in.

Maple Manor's expert drivers take care of the hard work. All you'll need to do is head to the car park over the road from the terminal. Hand over your keys and your fully-insured, qualified driver will take your car to their secured car park. It's as simple as that.

With Maple Manor, you won't have to worry about transfer buses or check-in desks. So all you'll need to focus on is the start of your holiday.

Rest assured, your car will be stored in a secured car park, with CCTV and regular patrols.

It's just a short, two-minute stroll into the terminal. When you're back, you won't even need to leave the airport. Your car will be brought right back to you where you dropped it off.

Hints, tips and extra bits:

You won't be paying a penny extra for paying with your credit or debit card.

If you're running early or late, call the car park on 01313 334 111.
You'll only have 15 minutes of wait time to drop off and pick up your car, as the car park is only able to pay for 15 minutes' parking for you. It's best if you arrive at the agreed times to avoid overrunning the time limit.

Please make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage.

It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Manor won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.

If you park for longer than you booked, you'll be charged at a rate of £10 per day.

If you get back early, call Maple Manor as soon as you can. They need as much notice as possible to get your car ready so you aren't kept waiting. You won't get a refund for any unused parking time.

Maple Manor can only take cars that fit into a standard size parking space, which is 2.4m x 4.8m and is under 2.2m. You'll be charged extra if your car is too large. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services and will cost extra for other packages. To see if Maple Manor can take your vehicle, call us on 0800 093 5478.

Try to meet your driver at the arranged time. If you are late, the airport will not allow your driver to wait for you, so your car will be returned to the car park and you will be charged for additional parking.



Arrival Procedures

Once you've arrived at the barrier, take a ticket and follow signs to the Pick Up zone. Your Maple Manor driver will be waiting for you in the right corner of the zone and will be carrying ID. You'll need to unload your luggage, hand your car keys and car park ticket to the driver, whilst they will take a look at your car for any noticeable damage.

Make sure you have your return flight details to hand, as the driver will require this information for your return.

Departure Procedures

Once you've collected your luggage, call Maple Manor on 01313 334 111 and make your way to the Pick up zone, where your car will be ready for you.

Security

While you're away, your car will be stored in one of Maple Manor's secured car parks. All of the car parks are surrounded by a fence and are either manned 24 hours, have CCTV in use, or have dedicated 24 hour security patrols.

Disabled Information

Maple Manor welcomes bookings from owners of specially adapted vehicles. However, this must be by prior arrangement to ensure availability of appropriately-trained drivers.

Insurance

Parking is always at the vehicle owner's own risk and subject to Maple Manor's Terms and Conditions of storage. Maple Manor use experienced drivers who are fully insured to drive your vehicle on the public highway. All cars parked or stored with Maple Manor will be on a proven direct negligence basis. Any claims for loss or damage must be made prior to the vehicle being handed over by Maple Manor.

Directions

Please call Maple Manor on 01313 334 111 at least 24 hours before your arrival to the airport to confirm your booking details and arrival time. Their office is open between 9am and 5pm.

- Here are your directions to the airport:
- From the A8 Glasgow Road take the slip road on the left and continue along Eastfield Road.
- On the next three roundabouts take the second exit.
- After the third roundabout follow the road round and you'll see the airport on your right.
- As you enter the airport go straight across three roundabouts following signs for Terminal and Pick Up Zone. 
- At the first roundabout take the second exit for Edinburgh Airport.
- At the next roundabout take the second exit for Terminal.
- At the third roundabout take the second exit again by the sign for Terminal and Coaches.
- You'll then come to a mini roundabout, where you should keep to the right and follow the sign for the Pick Up Zone. The driver will meet you there.
