POD Parking Terminal 5

There's no playing games with this business-like parking service, just 8 minutes from check-in.

It's a swift entrance at Heathrow's Business parking. Simply pull up to the automatic number plate recognition barrier and glide straight through.

You'll be wearing the trousers with this service - there are plenty of spaces, so you can choose exactly where to park.

And, for added peace of mind, you'll keep hold of your keys. So your car will stay exactly where you left it.

Rest assured, your car will be well looked after while you're away. The car park has CCTV and regular staff patrols.

Transfers to the airport are just as simple and speedy as the rest of the parking service. The driverless pod runs 24 hours a day and takes just 8 minutes to get to terminals 2 and 3. Transfers are included in the price.

Hints, tips and extra bits:
Minibuses and MPVs allowed cannot be accommodated.
Buses with disabled access are available.
[date from="2015-06-18" to="2015-06-29"]Just to let you know, Terminal 1 is closing from the 29 Jun 15.[/date]

Arrival Procedures

The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking.
At the entry barrier, the machine will read and recognise your registration number. A ticket will be printed showing your registration number and booking reference, and the barrier will open. If you experience any difficulties, press the call button for help.

Departure Procedures

You'll need to catch the transfer pod back from the terminal.

Once you get to the car park, if your ticket says 'cashier' on it, you'll need to take it to the customer services office opposite bus stop 6, by the exit, so they can validate it for you. You'll need to leave your car where it is as there are no spaces outside the office.
Collect your car and, at the exit barrier, insert your ticket. The barrier will lift automatically.
Turn right out of the car park to leave the airport.

POD Parking Heathrow is manned 24 hours a day, with security fencing, lighting, CCTV and frequent security patrols. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Transfer Information

The car park runs its own driverless pod to terminal 5, and back. It leaves every 3 to 7 minutes, 24 hours a day and gets to the terminals in 4 to 8 minutes. Your tickets are included in the price.

When you return, you'll find a bus stop marked "POD Parking" outside arrivals, from where you can catch the pod back to the car park.

Disabled Information

Buses with disabled access are available.

Parking is at owner's own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of the car park.
