Have used a few car parks at Manchester airport, soem good, some bad, but this one turned out to be very good. Everything was like clockwork, parked car, got on bus and was at departures in about 15 mins. On return just went to car and drove out of car park.

the car park was very good and no problems but i felt that the coach courtesy drivers could have been more helpful they didnt sem to want to help passengers with luggage etc

Not very good. When I arrived at the carpark, they had no knowledge of my booking. I had to sit at the entrance barrier for 10 minutes before I could get it. This also happened with the gentleman in the car infront of me. The reason I was given was that "your booking was made within the last 24 hours". Apparently the computer systems aren't effective enough to be able to inform the attendants of booking made in the last 24 hours - a considerable percentage of bookings I would imagine! The carpark was undergoing renovation - there was dust + water all over the floor and it ruined suit trousers. Furthermore, the renovation meant that I had to walk a very long distance to the closest bus stop. There were no zone markers in the extended area that I was parked in, and as it was so far from the bus stop, this made it very hard to identify exactly where the car was upon return. Whilst parked at the car park, somebody decided to put a very big dent in the side of my car. Damaging the rear quarter, the wheel arch and the wheel itself. The shuttle service on the return from the airport was good, although I think this was partly down to luck that I exited the terminal building at the correct time.
