On returning from Belgium we waited at the appointed pick up point but on waiting for 15 minutes had to call the car park and ask why we hadn't been picked up. The driver was very polite but said that he forgot and that the computers were down!!!

convienent to airport though on blustery july morning got soaked walking to covered area @ station was pretty busy also peak holiday time would use again however

arrived at carpark,gave our name,told to park in a bay,go to nearest bus stop to get bus,could not be simpler and, on return you do not need to call them, they are waiting at bus stop. Drivers are also very helpful would use again.

Excellen position. Easy to use,spoke to person via intercom and that was it. Straight in park car. Same for return.
