We were met at the terminal by a chauffeur who took our car to the car park and we just went straight to check in. We were wondering how smooth it would be on the way back, but we just called the number they gave us after we had picked our luggage up and our car was there waiting for us. It does cost a bit more but it's worth it.

What an experience, the easiest car parking ever. when we arrived at car park our ticket was issued with our number plate printed on it ! very secure car park and good transfers, maybe 15 mins or so. will definately use this car park again. Also good directions and instructions from website.

Used this car park for a while now, so easy and close to departures. Maybe pay slightly more but the convenience is great.

Transfer took about 20 mins, traffic was ok, bus a bit crowded but I guess we just caught it at a busy time.

Nice to have car waiting for us at arrivals when we got back. If you want ultimate convenience then use meet and greet at heathrow, may cost a bit more, but when you just want to get home after your holiday then it's great.
